Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current AL OT license
• At least 1 year of experience with familiarity and/or experience in Acute Care
• Ability to evaluate, treat and manage a caseload independently
• Experience with acute care patient types including cardiac, cardiovascular, orthopedic/joint, trauma, and stroke populations
• Experience and willingness to assist with ADLs
• Comfort working with students in a teaching facility
