Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.

You will manage a caseload of 9-10 patients across ICU, Neuro ICU, PICU, neuro, ortho, spine, med-surg and telemetry, delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate).
• Active State OT license required; BLS may be required.
• Experience in acute care hospitals with 9–10 patient caseload.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.

Role: Travel Occupational Therapist providing therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.

• Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 9-10 patients across diverse units such as ICU, Neuro ICU, Pediatric ICU, neuro, ortho, spine, med surg, and telemetry. Help patients recover or improve daily skills following injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Key Duties: Deliver full‑time, patient‑centered care, ensuring quality therapy services, and adhere to shift and weekend rotation requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required; BLS certification may be necessary.
• Experience in acute care hospitals and managing a caseload of 9-10 patients.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
