Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a contract position in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role involves 40 hours per week with 8-hour days, and rotating weekends/holidays, serving adult and pediatric populations across acute inpatient, rehab and ICU settings.

Candidates must have ADL evaluation experience, strong communication, and teamwork. Cerner charting, BLS (AHA) certification required.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients:

Adult & pediatric ICUs, Level 2 pediatric & adult trauma center, primary stroke center, same day discharge joint program, trauma, neuro, ortho, general med surg., oncology, peds inpatient rehab program, adult inpatient rehab program and stroke specialty program.

- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Adult and pediatric acute inpatient, adult and pediatric ICUs, adult and pediatric acute inpatient rehab. ADLs.

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties:

ADL evaluation, documentation justifying next level of care, strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, strong teamwork skills.

License to Submit:Yes

Trauma Level:2

Required Certifications:BLS (AHA)
