Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Complete evaluations and establish individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants.
• Limited RTO available, with no more than one or two long weekend requests approved and no RTO over holidays.
• Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate as traveler positions.

• 162-bed facility featuring a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and county-designated trauma center
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, scheduled 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Weekend rotation required
