• Perform assessments of physical, psychological, cognitive, and social needs for patients.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to design individualized treatment programs.
• Design, fabricate, and fit adaptive devices such as splints and braces.
• Supervise Rehab Aides, Students, Rehab Secretary/Aide, and COTA staff as needed.
• Conduct training for medical and nursing staff on OT techniques.
• Provide therapy services for Home Health and contracted facilities or groups.
• Perform workplace ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations.
