National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to join our team in Walnut Creek, California. The position is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift, starting ASAP.

You will provide patient-centered therapy in a skilled nursing facility, assess progress, and document outcomes while following a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Occupational Therapy license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run individualized OT programs in a nursing home.
• Help patients develop or maintain daily living skills.
• Instruct patients in using adaptive equipment for daily activities.
• Assess and document patient activities and progress.

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:
