Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a travel position in Maricopa, Arizona. This full-time, school-based W2 contract offers in-person work within a K-12 district and stipends for travel.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, creating IEP-aligned treatment plans, delivering direct OT services, and coordinating with teachers and families. Licensure in Arizona and state board eligibility are required or in process; NBCOT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona State Board of Occupational Therapy (OT) License.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Previous school-based pediatric experience is preferred.
• Experience with IEP development, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.

• Evaluate students to determine functional performance and eligibility for occupational therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, and functional school participation skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom accommodations, and assistive technology when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
