Job summary

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Topeka, Kansas. This position requires acute care hospital experience and NBCOT certification, with Kansas OT licensure.

You will typically work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, caring for ortho, neuro, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, ICU and joint replacement patients.

Qualifications

Active Kansas OT licensure and NBCOT certification are required.
Experience in acute care hospital settings with medically complex patients is preferred.
Ability to manage transfers involving lines and drains.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.
Work with ortho, neuro, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, ICU & joint replacement patients.
Schedule typically 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; about 7-8 patients per shift.
