OT needed for modality position (home health, outpatient, acute).The percentage would be roughly 80% OP, 15% Acute, and 5% HH. High Possibility will work mostly OP. RURAL LOCATION. VET LOCATION AND HOUSING PRIOR TO SUBMITTING. Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius, including home health visits). Shift is M-F days, preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10. Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, geriatrics. prefer both outpatient and inpatient experience , Must have outpatient experience.
Must have active CO OT License and BLS certification
