Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License required to start the assignment
• California OT license required to start
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• CPR/Basic life support required to start

Minimum Requirements

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• California Occupational Therapist license required to start.
• Occupational Therapist certification required to start.
• Basic CPR required to start.
• Sex Harassment/Abusive Conduct Prevention Training required.
• Completed Orientation Documents required.
