Job summary

CloudinfraIT Inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lakeview, Oregon. The role requires a current Oregon OT license, a degree from an accredited OT program, CPR certification, and a valid Oregon driver's license.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to improve function. Work is 40 hours per week, days, Mon–Thu, in a remote rural setting with a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Qualifications

• License: Current Oregon OT license.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Oregon driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of therapy procedures and rehabilitation practices.
• Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve, restore, or maintain functional abilities.
• Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Educate and work with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Assignment Details

Remote/rural location — candidates should be comfortable with the area’s remoteness.
