Job summary

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, NM. The role is full-time, onsite, with 8-hour days from Monday to Friday.

Qualified candidates must hold NM OT licensure, NBCOT (OTR), and be available 35 hours per week. Prior contract/registry experience and solid documentation are preferred for success in this assignment.

Qualifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Mexico.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current NBCOT certification (OTR).
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
