Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to provide Home Health services in Melbourne, Florida. This assignment lasts 10 weeks, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.

The OT will perform evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning, with experience in OASIS and an active state license. Travel benefits include housing reimbursement, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• BLS CPR required
• Master's required

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirement
• Coverage area includes Brevard County
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Primary responsibilities include evaluations, reassessments, and discharge
• Productivity expectation is 30 points per 40 hours
