Job Summary: Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health is sought for a position in the Rhinelander area. The role involves delivering occupational therapy services to geriatric patients within a designated territory, emphasizing timely documentation and effective communication. The position offers a consistent schedule, with the flexibility to adapt to the territorys needs.

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid license in hand, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, including OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) proficiency, BLS certification, and recent experience in home health care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric patient population, familiarity with acute care and activities of daily living, and competency in providing various therapeutic techniques and procedures

Additional Information

• Flexibility with territory within up to a 60-mile radius from the designated hub
• On-call rotation required, including every 3rd to 4th weekend
• Travel pairs accepted, with each traveler assigned their own territory and vehicle
• Mandatory orientation on Monday prior to start date
• Cell phone not provided; iPads supplied for documentation and communication
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at application and approval is at the discretion of the organization
• Previous employment as a permanent staff member must have been separated for a minimum of 6 months before returning as a traveler
