Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Danbury, Connecticut. This role is a 13-week travel position with a typical 40-hour week, 8-hour shifts, and ASAP start.

You will plan and conduct OT programs in a nursing facility, helping patients regain daily living skills and using adaptive equipment where needed. Licensure in the practicing state and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• OT license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing/rehabilitation setting.
• Help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.
• Teach patients skills or techniques on how to use adaptive equipment for daily living tasks.
