Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Scheduled workdays include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with travel between skilled nursing facilities.
• Scheduled workdays include Tuesday and Thursday, with travel between skilled nursing facilities.
• Floating to other facilities is required as needed.
