You will provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes and collaborate with care teams. Applicants must have a OT degree (Bachelors/Master's/Doctorate), an active state license, CPR/BLS as required, and reliable transportation.

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required and CPR certification is current.
