Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role supports the PACE program for older adults, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, involving travel to therapy gyms, day centers, and patients' homes.

Required are a OT degree (BS/Masters/PhD), NBCOT, Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain), and 2–3 years of experience with geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NBCOT registration.
• Active Colorado OT license or ability to obtain before employment.
• 2–3 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform home safety assessments and provide skilled therapeutic interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, daily living skills and independence.
• Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) and supportive services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
