Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The position runs for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour daytime shifts, designed for immediate start in Scottsbluff, NE.

Requirements include NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensing and BLS, plus 6–12 months of OT experience (1 year preferred). Exceptional new grads may be considered; the role includes a tax-free stipend and benefits as part of the package.

Qualifications

• New grads welcome to apply, 6 months experience may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR certifications required; state licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and observe tasks.
• Evaluate patient condition and needs; develop treatment plans and goals.
• Assist patients with activities; assess home/work environments for improvements.
• Educate family and employer on patient care and accommodations.
• Recommend equipment and train patients on use.
• Document patient activities for evaluations and reporting to physicians.
