Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• CPR (Basic) required to start.
• Flu vaccination required.
• Orientation Packet reviewed annually before start.
• Signed Job Description required before start.
