Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Miami, Florida. The OT will assess patients, develop and administer therapy plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve rehabilitation goals.

The assignment runs 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts. Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, a Master's in Occupational Therapy with NBCOT, active state OT licensure or in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a tailored treatment program with specific goals.
• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
