Qualifications

• OT qualification in Occupational Therapy with eligibility to practice.
• Travel clinician with ability to work in multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional, cognitive, and daily-living needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver occupation-based interventions to rebuild independence in self-care and home activities.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and energy-conservation techniques for home use.
• Reassess progress and coordinate with OTs and multidisciplinary team.
