Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for assignments in Chandler, Arizona. This role requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT eligibility or certification, and a current state OT license or licensure in process.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
