Qualifications

• Must have 6–12 months of OT experience; new grads may be considered.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with active state licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical history, assess patients, and observe task performance.
• Evaluate condition and needs; develop and adjust treatment plan with goals.
• Help patients with disabilities perform tasks and assess home/work environments.
• Educate family and employer on accommodations; document progress per guidelines.
• Recommend equipment and instruct patients on its use; record outcomes for reports.
