Medical Talent is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gresham, Oregon. The role involves evaluating patients, planning and delivering therapy to improve daily living skills, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Starting ASAP, the OT will work 40 hours per week with 8-hour daytime shifts, in a travel capacity and with adherence to state and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program and licensed or eligible to obtain state license.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a travel setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders.
• Develop and adjust treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with COTAs and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
