Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in York, Pennsylvania. The role involves reviewing patients, evaluating conditions, and developing patient-centered treatment plans to support independence and safety.

The position requires 6 months of OT experience (new grads welcome), BLS, and NBCOT-OTR licensure. Expect 40 hours per week, dayshift, with a supportive team and agency-provided benefits.

Qualifications

6 months of OT experience required; new grads encouraged.
Must stand/walk for long periods and have good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensing.

Responsibilities

Review patients' medical history, observe performance, and question patients.
Evaluate patient conditions and identify needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and activities.
Help patients with disabilities perform tasks and adapt activities.
Assess home or workplace for improvements based on patient needs.
