Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Oakland, Maryland. You will provide skilled OT services, evaluate patients, and develop discharge plans to improve daily living skills. The role requires collaboration with care teams and familias while complying with regulations.

The position offers a 13-week duration, 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Travel experience and Maryland OT licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
