TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads welcome.
• BLS certification and NBCOT-OTR national certification with state license required.
• OTs should be able to stand and walk for long periods and have knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and observe tasks performed.
• Evaluate patient condition and needs; develop a treatment plan with goals.
• Educate family and employer on care and accommodations.
• Record progress for evaluations, billing, and physician reporting.
• Provide timely documentation following guidelines.
