Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Terra Alta, West Virginia. You will provide skilled OT services, evaluate patients, and develop treatment and discharge plans, delivering therapy to improve daily living independence.

This 40-hour weekly day-shift role requires active OT licensure and a MOT/OTD degree. You will document services, supervise COTAs where allowed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to safety regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
