Job summary

The Good Life MedStaff, LLC seeks a travel OB Ultrasound Tech for a 13-week assignment in Blythe, CA. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, starting ASAP, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities include OB ultrasound exams, image acquisition, documenting findings, and collaborating with obstetric teams while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout every procedure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is required.
• ARDMS certification including obstetrics/gynecology is preferred.
• Licensure requirements vary by state; some states require licensure.
• California may require state certification/licensing for OB ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB ultrasound exams (2D/3D/4D) and assess fetal development.
• Communicate findings clearly to obstetricians and patients.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning during exams.
• Acquire high-quality images and maintain equipment calibration.
• Document exam findings in medical records and reports.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and gynecologists on patient care.
