Solutions By Sanford in Bismarck, ND seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments. The RN will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and plan and evaluate care across all phases. The role includes 12-hour night shifts, 36 weekly hours, and a 14-week contract with potential extensions.

Licensure in the state is required; travel experience and willingness to live within 60 miles of the site are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multistate licensure.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage, and other nursing interventions within scope of practice.
• Adhere to state nursing regulations and ethical standards.
