You will perform plan of care interventions, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with care teams to ensure quality patient care. Licensure and certifications are required, along with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Certifications as required for specific position (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to care team.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges.
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age and condition.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
