Responsibilities

• Beeper call — 30-minute response time required
• Average 2 – 4 patients seen per 24-hr call period
• 5 – 7 phone consults and 2 – 4 admissions per call period
• Inpatient and outpatient coverage

• Laparoscopic procedures required — including ectopic and tubal ligation
• Holiday call coverage
