RN - Telemetry

Responsibilities:

Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge needs, prepare patients for diagnostic tests, monitor post-procedure recovery, maintain infection control and safe medication practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry, ability to work 12-hour shifts, strong patient care and communication skills.

Key Duties:

Work 36 hours weekly across 12-hour shifts, deliver quality patient care, ensure safety standards, and support diagnostic procedures.
