You’ll provide safe, high-quality inpatient telemetry care for 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour nights and every-other-weekend shifts. Requirements include two years of RN Telemetry experience, BLS, NIH, and Epic proficiency.

Responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate patient- and family-centered care. Conducts patient assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, monitors patient outcomes, and provides education to patients and families. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care, patient safety, and satisfaction. Supervises and delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, promotes teamwork, mentors and precepts colleagues, and participates in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based nursing practices while maintaining professional and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Two (2) years of RN Telemetry Experience.

Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend.

Required: BLS, NIH, 2 years acute RN inpatient tele experience, Epic experience. No holiday RTO will be considered.
