• Number of Beds –23 with 1 treatment room
• Number of Staff – 58
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – (CNC/Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, 2 PCT, 1 MT, and 1 Dept Co till 7pm)
• Night Shift - (CNC/Charge Nurse, 5 RNs, 2 PCT, 1 MT)
• Patient Ratios – Days/Eves RNs (1-4) Nights (1-5)

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Cardiac Telemetry knowledge
• ACLS
• Knowledge/skill set for Cardiac medical, procedural patients (caths), and cardiac drips

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Cardiac telemetry skill set
• Strong Medical-Surgical knowledge/background with telemetry

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Cardiac caths (Left/Right, femoral/radial approach) without intervention
• Pacers, ablations, cardioversions, EP studies
• Caridac drips: Amio, diltiazem, renal dose dopa, dobutamine, milirone, Lasix, and insulin drips.
