What units are included in the float pool "Can be floated to any facility in the region: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, within specialty and/or to be a 1:1 sitter in any area.
MedSurg: 7 units across all facilities (7 medsurg units 1 in Nampa, 2 in Meridian, and 4 in Boise)
ED holds 1 unit at each facility.
Meridian is a Level 4/Stroke/STEMI receiving 45 bed ER, holds are intermixed with regular ER patients.
Nampa is a Level 4 24 bed ER, holds are intermixed with regular ER patients
Boise is a Level 2/Stroke/STEMI recieving 29 bed ER, holds are intermixed with regular ER patients"
Nurse:Patient Ratios ED holds 1:4; MS 1:5
