Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit, adhering to hospital policies and standards.
• Perform IV starts and other procedures as required, without conscious sedation.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech system.
• Participate in bedside shift reports, safety rounds, and foster personal connections with patients.
• Assist with floating policies, working across units such as ortho or telemetry based on competencies.
