VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Telemetry | RN - Registered Nurse for a travel nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri. The assignment focuses on Med Surg/Telemetry with 12-hour shifts on a 36-hour weekly schedule in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will hold ACLS and BLS certifications with NIHSS as a plus, and have travel nurse experience. Start date is 11/30/2026 for approximately 12–13 weeks, with a duration around 13 weeks.

Formación

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.
• RN with Med Surg/Telemetry experience preferred.
• Travel RN assignment for hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients on a fast-paced unit.
• Read and interpret EKGs and telemetry strips.
• Administer and titrate IV medications such as insulin, Cardizem, Cardene, and Amiodarone.
• Perform procedures including IV insertions, NGT placement, chest tube maintenance, and Foley insertions.
• Adhere to patient experience goals by treating every patient with courtesy and respect, involving them in bedside reports, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
