Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry Location: Glendale, California. Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Travel RN to provide skilled telemetry care in a fast-paced hospital setting, delivering nursing care, monitoring cardiac rhythms, and coordinating with the care team to promote patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensure in state of practice.
• BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy.
• Epic experience and ability to float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients per nursing process.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide health information to patients and families.
