HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing assignment in Corpus Christi, Texas. This role requires RN licensure with Med/Surg and Telemetry experience and involves 36 hours per week on a 13-week contract.

The facility is located at Corpus Christi Medical Center with a 3 East unit, standard med/surg care, and a maximum patient ratio of 6:1. Strong team collaboration and nursing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have acute med/surg experience within the last year.
• Ability to manage 4-6 patients simultaneously.
• Neuro/neurosurgical or ortho background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for med/surg patients with standard nursing duties.
• Perform IV insertions, catheter care, and NGT maintenance.
• Administer medications and document in the EHR.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety.

• 2+ years experience working Neuro Pt’s—CVA’s, TIA’s, AMS, Would prefer RN's w/neuro/neuro-surgery or ortho background preferred. Med/Surg/Telemetry background would suffice.
