Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. Start date 10/26/2026 for 14 weeks, 36 hours per week. Schedule is 3×12s, 6:30 PM–6:30 AM with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio on nights. Unit: 4th Floor East Wing, 55 beds; primarily adults.

Requires 2 years of RN experience, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. EMR: Epic; pumps: Alaris; telemetry; Navy blue scrubs. Travel benefits include weekly pay and license/cert reimbursement.

Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in omaha, Nebraska.

• Schedule: 3×12s, 6:30 PM–6:30 AM; 36 guaranteed hours weekly


• Experience: 2 years required


• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS


• Unit: 4th Floor East Wing; 55 beds


• Ratio: 1:4 on nights


• Patients: Primarily adults; occasional patients age 15+


• EMR / equipment: Epic, Alaris pumps


• Skills: Telemetry; experience with Cardizem and insulin drips and PCA pumps


• Weekends: Every other weekend


• Floating: Required based on facility need, ideally to Med-Surg


• Scrubs: Navy blue

Must live outside the 50-mile radius. Driver’s license required at submission to verify distance.
Open-book orientation exam requires 90% to pass; failure results in termination.
