Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics CVICU for a travel nursing position in Omaha, Nebraska. The assignment runs 13 weeks, starting 09/27/2026, with 48 hours per week and 12-hour shifts in a Pediatrics CVICU setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of RN experience, current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications, and CCRN or prior travel experience preferred. The role involves complex pediatric cardiac cases and invasive monitoring.

Patient Diagnoses

• Post-op open hearts, single ventricles, complex cardiac anatomy/physiology, heart transplant, heart failure

Special Procedures/Unit Details

• Invasive cardiac monitoring (CVP, ART, RA, etc.), ECMO & CRRT exposure or experience, vasopressors, cardiac gtts, sedation gtts

Special Equipment

• BD and Sigma IV pumps, Philips Monitors, telemetry, Servo ventilators (ETT and T/V), POC testing (EPOC for blood gases, etc.)
