Job summary

Express Healthcare Staffing Colorado is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics CVICU for a travel assignment in Denver, Colorado. The 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, and is a Travel Employment Type.

The role requires Cardiac Critical Care experience, ACLS/BLS/PALS, and duties include post-op care with inotropic/vasopressor infusions, IVF, chest tube management and moderate sedation. ECMO bedside experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cardiac Critical Care experience (2+ years) required or as per Director.
• ACLS, BLS, & PALS certifications required.
• Peritoneal dialysis, CRRT skills desirable.
• ECMO bedside experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post-op care with inotropic and vasopressor infusions.
• Chest tube management and support of open sternotomy/open chest patients.
• Moderate sedation as required.
• Provide care during 12-hour night shifts for pediatric CVICU patients.
