Job summary

B2B Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in San Diego, California. The position requires an active California RN license, ADN or BSN, and current CPR/BLS and NIHSS certifications.

36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts across days and nights. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of RN experience, including 2+ years in PCU or related specialty, and will join a travel nursing team providing care to Trauma/Neuro PCU patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent specialty experience (PCU preferred)
• ADN or BSN degree
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Trauma/Neuro PCU patients.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex medical and neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for their needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote positive patient outcomes.
