MUST HAVE ACTIVE COMPACT LICENSE AT SUBMISSION

• Number of Beds – 20
• Number of Staff – 5 RNs & 2 LNAs and we flex with volume
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 5 RNs
  • Night Shift – 5 RNs
• Patient Ratios – 4:1
• Type of equipment – GE cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps
• EMR – Expanse
