Submission Requirements

Minimum 24 months PCU experience (with recent experience in the last 12 months)
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
No hits on state license to practice
RTO cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment
Candidate driver’s license to verify residency
Travel experience (highly preferred)
