• Patient Ratios : 1:4-5
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :We use 2 PCT’s and 1 Unit secretary
• Type of equipment :Alaris pumps, kangaroo pump, Pxysis, computers available in every room
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Self scheduling – to include 3 weekend shifts per 4 weeks schedule
• On Call Requirements: none
• Floating policy: 1. Travelers, 2. PRN staff, 3. Date last floated
• Patient Experience requirements: We are working on nurse’s courtesy and respect, and working together as a team to care for patients
