Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN position is available in a facility renowned for clinical excellence and advanced cardiac care. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions and post-procedure recovery in a trauma level 1 facility. The assignment is conveniently located in a vibrant region known for its cultural and recreational activities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN certification, BLS certification, Pennsylvania state licensing, minimum 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac or progressive care setting, and successful completion of screening requirements, including state and federal background checks.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in cardiac care and experience with post-op cardiac catheterization or pacemaker management.
• Float: Not normally floated, but may float to 1:1s depending on staffing needs.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to start. Weekly orientation is provided, on Mondays. Certification in BLS is required. High standards for patient care and a positive attitude are essential.
