HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a Travel RN for the OR in Reno, NV. The assignment runs 13 weeks at 40 hours per week with 10-hour daytime shifts across four days.

Prior travel experience and a NV RN license are required, along with BLS/ACLS and multiple perioperative credentials. Candidate should have 2+ years in Trauma OR and experience with Level II core procedures in a busy 18-OR facility, including DaVinci robotics, neurosurgery, vascular, and complex ortho cases.

Qualifications

• NV State RN license prior to start.
• BLS and ACLS required; Pre-op/Recovery RN, PACU, OR and SDS CMP completed within 1 year of start date.
• 2+ years of Trauma OR circulating experience in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Travel assignment requires a 13 week commitment and prior travel experience.
• Level II Trauma OR with 18 ORs and a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized RN care in a Level II Trauma OR setting.
• Assist in trauma, vascular, neuro, spine, ortho, and other procedures as needed.
• Adhere to call requirements and shift structure (10 hours, days; 4 days/week).

• Experience Required: 2 years experience in Trauma OR setting. Level 2 Adult and Pediatric Trauma center specializing in a variety of services included but not limited to: Trauma, Vascular ,Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Urology, GYN, General, DaVinci Robotics, Required 2+ years of Trauma OR circulating experience. Prior travel experience of one 13 week assignment required.
• Unit Description: Level II Trauma OR. Consisting of 18 ORs. Patient population from neonates to geriatrics. Common procedures performed include and not limited to: trauma, Neurosurgery (ACDF, spinal fusions, Crani-procedures), Da Vinci Xi robotics, urology, vascular, open hearts, general, trauma ortho, pediatrics, minimal plastics & ENT.
